Personality: Mostly carefree and happy-go-lucky, Hoppenheimer seems to be in a good mood most of the time. However, due to his acting skills and him being a toon, he's very animated and can change his mood from being happy to, for example, sad really quickly and back to being happy just as quickly.
He's also a bit of a prankster and enjoys teasing people for his own amusement, but he never goes as far as to actually hurt them.
