I initially set him to g-7 and did some formant filtering in GarageBand to make him more high-pitched outside of UTAU-Synth since it made him raspier in UTAU. g-18 will get you a similar sound.

Le was born out of a huge flower that Lee had made just for the heck of it. The flower was accidentally blasted with some magic by some other FUSEloids. A while later, Le popped out. He sees Lee as an older brother/father figure and clings to him tightly. He is very shy but wants to make everyone smile.

Like Lee, Le can summon flowers and plants out of his left eye. He'll give flowers to people he trusts.
