BACKGROUND
Moreno really doesn't have some kind of personality or any backstory, he just somewhat resembles me (the creator/voice provider/artist) as an UTAU Voicebank or something like that. At the moment story wise, He's just a Mexican who was raised by his Japanese mom and Mexican dad, but then ran away and sold his dads valuables and moved to Japan. In the later future I might change some things about him that will give him some kind of character, But for now he's just a guy that looks dead on the inside but has the most stupidest things to say or talk about and do.
