Tohoku Kiritan is an UTAU voicebank developed by SSS LLC. She is the "little sister" of Tohoku Zunko, a mascot for the libraries of "Tohoku Zunko" on both the VOICEROID and VOCALOID softwares. Tohoku Kiritan was funded through a successful crowdfunding campaign on a site known as "greenfunding", along with her older sibling, Tohoku Itako.

In her profile, she is described as somebody who likes video games, drawing, doujinshi, and dreams of being as famous as her sister Zunko. Her personality is often described as calm and monotonous.

She wears kitchen knives in her hair, and carries a pair of cannons on her back.
