Tohoku Itako is an UTAU voicebank developed by SSS LLC. She is the "older sister" of Tohoku Zunko, a mascot for the libraries of "Tohoku Zunko" on both the VOICEROID and VOCALOID softwares. Tohoku Itako was funded through a successful crowdfunding campaign on a site known as "greenfunding", along with her younger sibling, Tohoku Kiritan.
In her profile, she is described to have graduated from a vocational school for cooking. Her dream is to awaken the power of the nine tailed fox supposedly held within her. She often ends her sentences with "nyaa".
