Sztefan, an office computer made military communications specialist, is a nonchalant and cold hard-worker. With a desire to become someone new, sick of his old life, Sztefan left everything behind, joining the RCSC (ribbon cable signal corps). He used to have antennas which he cut off before joining. Despite efforts to make things better, he suffers from severe depression and Borderline personality disorder.

Although he tries to stay mysterious and cool, people simply cannot overlook the fact that he is a middle-aged man with blue hair.
