Sukibidi Toire was first conceptualized as a joke character by Neil, but she soon became a more serious project after UpTown-P egged them on (and got them hyperfixated on skibidi toilet).

While his test voicebanks began as jinrikis made from samples of the skibidi toilets from the original animated series on YouTube, Neil decided to heavily pitch process samples of her own voice, put them through RVC, and use them to make a fully functional voicebank that could be publicly distributed.

Personality and bio.

Sukibidi Toire is a Skibidi Toilet. The interesting part is that she lives in a world where there was no CameraMan and Skibidi Toilet war. She is a SkibIdol with a rapidly growing fandom. She is essentially the Skibidi Toilet Hatsune Miku. She envies Miku and wants to be just like her.
She has an odd affinity for drinking Windex and toilet cleaner.

The two of them have a friendly relationship, though not much is known about the finer details.

Hatsune Miku - Object of envy, potential rival
Sukibidi Toire both admires and envies Hatsune Miku as a fellow idol. However, there is clearly some level of animosity on Sukibidi Toire's end, as she (allegedly) got into a fistfight with Miku and won. She also won a failed lawsuit from Crypton to attempt to make her pay for damages.
