Personality: A quiet girl with a solemn demeanor, she is wise for her years. With this wisdom, she likes to tell stories, hiding real life and important messages in them. She struggles with communication and connections, often only communicating through lullabies, stories and songs. She is also surprisingly kind once she learns to care about you.

Backstory: She is a doll that was considered an 'expensive mispurchase.' A rich family bought Seiko for their child, but eventually ended up having some money issues. She was sold off to another person, where she ended up their prized possession, often getting custom made outfits. She takes her being sold as a abandonment, and has closed herself off from others ever since.

Seiko's character details are purposely vague: headcannons are appreciated and supported by her creator.
