Sectaria is seemingly stoic and unreadable; her voice is monotone, her sentences run on, her personality has no flavor. It is a farse. A guise that protects her from further investigation. Her glassy eyes, her unchallenging small talk, and her flat presentation cause others to assume there isn't anything to her. There's nothing they should be worried about, creating a feeling of safety and ease.

Since her late teens, Sectaria has possessed rather primitive psychic abilities. She can awkwardly push and pull objects up to a certain weight limit and read active thoughts of those who linger around her for enough time. She uses the facade she shows to others to gain entry to their thoughts. The more you talk to her, the more time you give her to poke and prod around in your head.

This method overwhelmingly preys on the confident, the selfish, and the forgiving - those of us who would detect no warning signs of a seemingly empty friend. However, cautious and paranoid individuals tend to sense that there is something off about her; these people will usually avoid her. When a paranoid yet confrontational individual catches on to Sectaria for her strangeness, Sectaria is caught off guard and will show genuine panic.

She reads minds as a way to entertain herself, but sometimes it serves as a protection mechanism.

Her actual personality is quite snarky. She lives for gossip and the misfortune of others. She isn't malicious, but she is quite murky morally. She is an extremely skilled pianist. Her dream was to play piano for broadway performances. Her psychic abilities have eroded her self esteem. She knows she doesn't belong in this world. Her abilities hinder her ability to sympathize with others.
