His name has been theorized by the Overseas community to be a nod to Sir Robert Falcon Scott, who lead a failed exhibition to the South Pole that ended up getting himself and his exploration team killed, but according to his English FAQ, the actual source of his name is unknown. It was chosen at random, and the reason behind the suggestion of "Scott" is unknown.

He is said to be quiet and somewhat masochistic.

It appears that he is able to transform into a slime. He might be an extraterrestrial, as his slime form is bigger than the size of the planet Earth.
