Note that even though this is how the creators interpret her, it isn't canon and you can headcanon any personality for her.

Saeko is a well-mannered girl who acts as a mom for Kura Inc. At times she tends to be blunt, but when brought to her attention, she would constantly apologize about it. Like a typical mother, she cooks, cleans, does laundry, disciplines, you name it. She is a stickler for table manners.

Another way they interpret her is as an extremely loving girlfriend to her boyfriend. She acts like a typical housewife when around him.

In her original design, she has light skin and brown eyes. On her left cheek just under her eye, the number "19151115" is tattooed on her skin. She has long, dark brown hair tied in a high ponytail. Her bangs are swept above her right eye, and she has an ahoge. She wears a black hat with a dark red ribbon tied around it on the right side of her head. Saeko wears a white button up shirt with a red vest on top of it. On her right breast she has a badge that says "UTAU" on it. She wears a short black leather skirt. There are dark red garters holding up sheer brown stockings and she wears black shoes. If she were to wear headphones, they'd be black with a microphone on the left side.

In her SOMBER design, her skin, eye, and hair color are the same, and she still has the tattoo under her eye. Her hair is tied half up half down, a golden kanzashi with red flowers hold her hair. She wears a non traditional red kimono that ends halfway down her thighs, the kimono having a black trim and the base decorated with red and pink flowers. Saeko wears a black obi. She wears translucent brown tights and a pair of geta. Her hypothetical headphones are the same as before, but the outer cans have red spider lilies on them.
