R-18 content is ONLY allowed with the LIKENESS of Robotii. Do NOT under any circumstance create sexual content or themes with this version of Robotii's voicebank. This is due to the voice provider, me, being a minor at the moment. Once I turn 18 or 21, if UTAU is even still around, I will create a new voicebank for Robotii that will be his forever canon voice and this restriction will be lifted.

It is prohibited to create ANY kind of underage sexual content involving any derivatives of Robotii that may be created that could otherwise inappropriate for those kinds of situations.

It is prohibited to create any dehumanizing, derogatory, or otherwise offensive content with anything related to Robotii, such as his likeness, OR any current or future version of his voicebank.

Any political content requires permission. Any religious content also requires permission, but imagery is allowed.

Redistribution of any of Robotii's voicebanks is either prohibited, or in special cases may only require permission.

Usage of any of Robotii's voicebanks or likenesses to represent a non-associated character are prohibited.

No part of Robotii's content, such as his likeness, voicebanks, etc, may not be used to train neural networks (e.g. AI, or artificial intelligence) or be used in any purpose relating to cryptocurrency (e.g. "memecoins")

You may edit the oto.ini configuration, and frequency files such as .frq, .llsm, etc. However, you may not edit the original, raw audio files.

Redistribution of any edited material will require permission, except in the case of porting any of Robotii's current or future voicebanks to other vocal synthesis software, where it is typically allowed. This is as long as it does not relate to any leaked internal development software or tools (e.g. the leaked VOCALOID 3 devkits) and does not violate any of the above terms.

Usage of Robotii's audio files outside of vocal synthesis software is only allowed if it involves the production of covers or original songs featuring Robotii or any related content of him. In all other cases, it is prohibited to use the audio files outside of the mentioned software.

Official artwork involving Robotii may be used in non-commercial situations, such as banners or profile pictures, usage along with affiliated voicebanks, reposting WITH PROPER CREDIT, and minor edits such as cropping and other visual effects that do not deface the original work(s).

Reposting content relating to Robotii without credit, or otherwise falsely claiming ownership of him, tracing artwork, or other forms of theft, such as intellectual property like characters and art.

Any and all other questions or situations not explicitly listed or answered in these terms will be answered by contacting me via any of my social platforms shown above.

Lastly, please respect these terms of use I have established for Robotii, and know that this current version of Robotii's voicebank is not his canon voice, but will be used to represent him anyway as I have no other options at the moment, because I am a minor, but Robotii is canonically 22.
