Reiji is a very mentally unstable individual, he has had a rough upbringing as a child, and now lives with his aunt. He is classified as a hikikomori, yet he sometimes attends school to see his crush, he has a fixation on this one girl, Yui Mukai. He believes they are "perfect for each other" and "meant to be". His behavior towards her turned from just a crush, to a full on obsession, stalking her online and offline life. Online, he is her biggest fan, and watches all of her streams.
