Otori's voice is very moe esc, all voicebanks have the same tonal type and voice quirks (slurred, high, feminine, with lots of mispronunciation.) Her CV can pronounce words very well, while her VCV slurs and mispronounces often. All quirks of Otori's voice is purposeful and should not be changed or altered in any way including pitch.
Her voice type is based off of Tsuina Kisaragi from Tsuina Chan, the Ogre Hunter! (CV: Mai Kadowaki) and Tenma Rikka (Never↓and ver) from Clock over ORQUESTA (CV: Tomoko Kaneda). The tone is similar to Kane Tomo and Haruka Nana.

A Diff-SVC database comprised of Japanese training data, It was trained using the official Diff-SVC repo. The data provided is comprised of singing samples only and uses MimiYa EQUINOX as a pretrain model. The data model was trained at 44.1khz, has 8 minutes of data and 10k steps of training.
The voice is similar to VCV. The input audio should be pitched to at least 400% for best results or voice will become distorted.

Otori is a shapeshifter that works for a news agency that is dedicated to exposing underground operations, one of these operations is the Ningen Owari No Gimu/人間終わりの義務 agency. Her job is detective & journalist.
She takes the form of a 1st grade middle schooler found in japan when out in public. She has a bag which carries various important items like paperwork and stationary. Additionally, she has a Glock for self defence that is kept in her bag. Her voice is high and innocent, however, it is very deceitful and is only like that to make unsuspecting people trust her.
She is currently targeting Koigusa Itoyanagi as he is the most active within Ningen Owari No Gimu. She also targets him mainly because of his odd and erratic behaviours.
Otori has no real age or gender due to being a shapeshifter, and often deals with identity issues due to her abilities.
Otori shows signs of antisocial personality disorder (sociopathy), although this is unconfirmed nor denied. She lacks empathy for people she is not close to, but will go to great lengths to protect those she is loyal to. Her relationships are often built on giving and taking from others if it benefits her.
Her boss is a very caring man who treats Otori like his own family.

Koigusa and Otori have had very minimal interaction, however could be considered rivals. In an alternate timeline, they became close friends.
- Kirishio Megumin - Under investigation.
Gumin and Otori have significant interaction in lore, as Otori takes the train Gumin conducts to "school." Their interactions include small talk, as well as pushing for info about home life from Otori. Otori has strong suspicions about Megumin and suspects that she is connected to Koigusa in a way.
- Risuka Akare - Unknown.
Otori has very minimal knowledge on Risuka, however has seen heard of him in passing.
