Otori's voice is very moe esc, all voicebanks have the same tonal type and voice quirks (slurred, high, feminine, with lots of mispronunciation.) Her CV can pronounce words very well, while her VCV slurs and mispronounces often. All quirks of Otori's voice is purposeful and should not be changed or altered in any way including pitch.
Her voice type is based off of Tsuina Kisaragi from Tsuina Chan, the Ogre Hunter! (CV: Mai Kadowaki) and Tenma Rikka (Never↓and ver) from Clock over ORQUESTA (CV: Tomoko Kaneda). The tone is similar to Kane Tomo and Haruka Nana.

Personality and bio.
A clumsy and childish girl who posseses incredible smarts and intellect. She works as a detective journalist for an underground news agency and has a 99.9% accuracy rate in crime busting! Otori knows the law like the back of her hand and exploits legal loopholes to apprehend and prosecute dangerous criminals and corrupt politicians.
She has an excellent ability to read people and figure out their intentions via manipulation and mind games. She's incredibly trust worthy and is good at keeping secrets.
Otori is seen as a loyal girl who never backs down from a challenge that is not opposed to using violence to protect herself.
She is said to be looked after by her boss. She has never been seen outside of work, nobody knows where she came from or what she does for her personal life.
One of Otoris favourite hobbies is reading, in her break time she can be seen reading the likes of Sherlock Holmes, Earth Search and The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency.
She is shy about her more otaku side when it comes to her favourite TV shows, Nichijou, Keroro Gunsou and Lucky Star. Otori really loves cute things, her co-workers often find her eating viral snacks or wearing brightly colored accsesories and clothes that she found online.
Otoris personality was inspired by Akira Kogami from Lucky☆Star, hiding her more cynical emotions behind a childish and naive façade.
