Nururu is a bizarre 16 year old girl who has been known for her antisocial, disruptive, and grotesque behaviors. She wears goggles, a wetsuit, swim shoes, swim floats, and a thick fleece vest with a tattered cape. Being selectively mute, she doesn't often speak; when she does, it's usually in the form of unintelligible grunts or mumbling singular words. She is most expressive when she sings.

She radiates unpleasant, scary energy. Is often unpredictable and can be aggressive or violent if prodded. Really, she just struggles interacting with others and wants to be left alone. Experiences unstable emotions and can become obsessive.
