In a forest in Japan, hidden far and deep from humans, is a portal to a world of fantasy. When Kobayashi Niji was just a little child they strayed too far from their parents and got seperated into a dangerous and unfamiliar world, with only a giant staff with an everglowing lantern, and the clothes on their back. Niji had to learn to survive in the forest outside of their homeworld, and learned a multitude of skills.

Unfortunately, it's left them quite scarred, shy and inexperienced with social interaction. Now, only recently coming upon a town in Japan, Niji is now only starting to get familiar with the human world. If one things for certain, they've certainly developed a sweet tooth!
