Navy is a flirty, secretive person. He's good humoured but always distanced. Rather impulsive and quick thinking; it also tends to be very cautious and suspicious of others. He always looks over his shoulder before turning a corner. Despite what its appearance may suggest he's quite witty in conversation. He has a bit of an oppositional streak and doesn't really like being told what to do.

He has a forked tongue and a tooth gap. He is bisexual and an agender trans man.

Navy is Nobu Hisakawa's best friend, and they are also roommates. Nobu's strange sense of humour goes over their head somewhat but they get along nonetheless.
