Both voicebanks listed here are mono-pitch and romaji-encoded with kana aliasing.
I recommended moresampler for the CV voicebank, but it really doesn't work. Moresampler works well with the CVVC bank though! Oh, and sorry about all the frq files being missing with the CV voicebank. i deleted them all because the "logical range" kept changing, and that annoyed me. but i don't think you'll have issuses with that.
