According to the readme, Maboro was an April Fools project put together by a small team of anonymous creators in order to fool people into believing it was a new Dreamtonics voice.

The aim for Maboro was to be "The first non-gendered voice created by Dreamtonics". R-18 is prohibited with the use of Maboro, however fan designs are encouraged.
