Luc is a half tengu and half human hybrid. He originally had a whole set of wings, but due to an accident one of his wings were completely torn off. Though he is still able to materialize a wing out of pure will power in place of his broken wing if he really needed to fly. He seems to have an attraction to crows as they have an attraction to him as well.
