Kohaku (Aka A002) is an android/robot made by a scientist named, Ms. Aoki, and acts as her lab assistant, sister, and friend. Being an android, she struggled to communicate normally and understand other people. Still, she tries her best to blend in by doing their daily routines and actions according to her observations to the best of her knowledge.
Her lack of fear, embarrassment, and boundless desire to sing inspired by her creator, helped her gain a positive reputation among the people who surround her and those who are still getting to know her.
Whenever there's a crowd, you will always find her in the middle of it, performing without a care in the world.
The name "A002" was her official model name as an android given to her by her creator and was based on the prototype model "A001". However, upon seeing her show advanced artificial intelligence exhibiting emotions similar to a normal human being, her creator decided to give her a human name, "Kohaku" and was used to address her from now on while taking "Aoki" from her creator's family name.
Using the consonants and vowels recorded by Ms. Aoki herself, she installed the recorded snippets inside Kohaku's voicebox thus, allowing her to sing and talk of her own free will.
