Phon is a clone of a man named Oliver von Heideroseburg. Oliver's backstory is below. Skip to the last paragraph for details regarding Phon.

When Oliver was young, his parents cruelly mistreated him, selling his left eye on the black market and forcing him to be a child prostitute. The sex addiction he acquired during that time didn't go away until he became a cyborg years later. He was saved by a man named Keiji, who took him in to protect him from the black market thugs. Keiji and Oliver lived together for 20 years, until Keiji's death.

Oliver thought of Keiji as a father and cared for him very much, but never got the chance to tell him. After Keiji's death, Oliver took over his cafe and ran it until his death at age 25 due to unknown causes.

After Oliver's death, a clone was made from his DNA and combined with machine parts, becoming a cyborg. This cyborg was made for the noblewoman of EU City, Stella Lavinia.
The cyborg was christened Phon Kafka and became Lady Lavinia's butler.
He is unfailingly obedient in character, and always willing to make sacrifices for others.
