Voicebank Distribution

Isshiki Suu is a male japanese voicebank for UTAU.

This voicebank was made using Oremo for recording its voice samples and setParam
for its configuration. It was tested on classic UTAU, OpenUtau and UTSU while
development stage. Multiple resamplers were tested on this voicebank too.

On December 2024, a prototype voicebank was developed and released publicly
some time later; it was meant to be a low quality voicebank intended to only work
as a 'base' for how the final result should sound. This voicebank was recorded
using a phone microphone (hence, audio quality of its samples were bad…).

On May 2025, the development of the first version of this voicebank had begun.
Samples were completely re-recorded from scratch using a new microphone with a better audio
quality. New features -such as extra pitch voice samples, end sounds and breath samples-
were also added.

Suu is an indie lo-fi music producer and drummer who likes to make songs to express his feelings and distract himself from his worries. He acts as a cool and mysterious guy just to impress others and maintain a facade for his artistic career but, actually, he's very sensitive and childish on the inside. Even so, he is still surrounded by a melancholic nature. Suu's favorite music genres are alt. rock, shoegaze and post-punk. He's very passionate about music -to the point of becoming annoying and insufferable for others- and dreams of his works becoming known and loved. He also is a skilled drummer who works hard to improve everyday (maybe too much…).

Despite his talent, Suu cannot make a living from his music and has to work as a cashier at a convenience store so he can afford his expenses. He lives the experience of a frustrated small musician.
