Haruko has two voicebanks: Core and Sweetheart. Both are cv romaji with hiragana alias.
Sweetheart is basically a sweet append, it is more high pitched and lighthearted than core.

Haruko's voice is soft and cute, and is best suited to soft songs. That doesn't say she can't sing a rock song if you wanted her to, but emotional love songs are your best bet with her.
You can use gender flags if you want, to make her sound less childish for more serious songs.
