Deci Mal 32:

Deci Mal 32 is a multipitch Japanese + English CV voicebank. She was recorded in A3, D4, and G4. Japanese sounds are aliased in both Romaji and Hiragana, whereas English sounds are only in Romaji. The English portion of the voicebank was created using PearlStarLight5's CV English reclist, which adds English single-consonants and vowel sounds that are not accounted for in Japanese.
Tips on using her:
-For individual consonants, shorten the notes to lengths where only the consonant is heard (varies depending on the tempo and sample itself), and subtract that amount from the length of the adjacent note, as to maintain timing.
-She has been briefly tested with resampler and TIPS, but is recommended with Moresampler, as she was configured to work with its looping to stretch samples. She has also been tested in OpenUtau, but it is only recommended to use her Japanese there due to her English's reliance on very short note lengths and blending envelopes.
-Note for using in Moresampler: The Mt flag is very useful for making her sound powerful. However when using Mt in positive values, it is also recommended to raise the gender factor by 3-10 to mitigate possible resulting "squeakiness".
-Her oto is not well-configured, so editing throughout using her is highly recommended. Additional note: setting the Preutterance and Overlap to 75 in "Region Property" helps with consistent crossfading.
Other vocal traits:
-By default, she can be described as a solid vocal with harsh pronunciations. With flags and tuning, her voice can be modified to sound powerful.
-While she pronounces Japanese consonants correctly (aside from her voicer struggling with "ry" gliding consonants), she still has an American accent.
-Her English has an inconsistent accent: Depending on the sample, her accent can come off as one of several American dialects or occasionally British.
-As a CV voicebank, she is expectedly choppy.
-Recorded using a Blue Yeti Blackout microphone and Audacity
Deci Mal 64 JPN:
Download: https://www.mediafire.com/file/rdste3h8o5sv57h/Deci_Mal_64_JPN.zip/file
Deci Mal 64 JPN is a tripitch Japanese CV-VV voicebank. It is an update of Deci Mal 32 that improves on the oto and Japanese pronunciation, at the cost of the English supplements. She was recorded in A3, D4, and G4. Due to her creator's focus on English vocal synthesis, there are no appends planned.
Tips on using her:
-For unusual sounds such as "si" and "hu", please refer to the .wav files or the oto.
-Adjusting the consonant velocity is highly recommended. Especially for "ん".
-The VV samples are compatible with the autoCVVC plugin. Highly recommended.
-Has been tested with Moresampler, and briefly tested with resampler, TIPS, and Doppeltler. Has also been briefly tested in OpenUtau.
Known issues:
-"neA3" sounds like "nu". The solution suggested by her creator is to use "neD4" instead.
Other Vocal traits:
-As a CV voicebank, she is expectedly choppy, but the VV samples serve to smoothen her vowel transition.
-While consonant pronunciations have improved, the vowels still retain an American accent.
-The voicebank does not sound exactly the same as Deci Mal 32, but has improved audio quality.
-Recorded using a Blue Yeti Blackout microphone and Audacity

Character Details
Height: 4'0"
Weight: 300 lb
Deci is generally silly and has a lot of energy, to the point of being annoying for some and charismatic for others. While she is often perceived as a tomboy, she will not hesitate to dress up as a pink princess. She might also have a streak for mischief, as evidence has recently surfaced that she let Fart-Chan and Kaboom-Kun into the music industry…
Character item: Floppy Disk
Likes: Vintage technology, outdated fashion and slang, video games
Dislikes: Captcha, viruses, getting caught in a metal detector
Trivia:
-Deci's production codename was "Bripoid". The name "Bripoid" refers to "Sabrina-like Utauloid", since she is based on the voice of PearlStarLight5. It is also a ripoff of Internet Co.'s naming formula for Vocaloids. This was also an official name for the voicebank during its first month of distribution, but is now a scrapped codename.
-Deci's height is a guideline to say that she's very short. Her weight, however, who actually acknowledges weight? The Pokémon writers don't! She's technically very heavy since she's made of metal (kind of, more like partially, well it would take some text to explain), but feel free to portray her lighter than that since she's still short.
-Due to only having established body proportions as of 2023, earlier artwork of Deci has proportions inconsistent with her official body type.
-She is ageless since she's a robot, but modeled on the appearance of a young adult.
-For the first 2 months of her release, Deci Mal was identified as type "Primiloid", for Primitive Utauloid. This has been scrapped as her second voicebank is an advanced type, but has been recycled for a module name.
-Most of Deci's voicebank names are references to computer bit-widths, the exceptions being the joke appends. They are puns on computer viruses and bugs.
