This bank was mostly made as a joke because… I mean there's a freaking bird UTAU. AKU'S UTAU MIKE HAS A PET BIRD WHO LITERALL HAS A VOICEBANK. So I thought, why not make Felippe a bank? So here you are.

And please, if you would like to make a derivative of Felippe, please ask me first because me and my brother worked hard to simply get the samples good enough for UTAU to register. We had to record multiple times and cut parts so we could make them into samples. We had to also hold him just to get him to meow (He doesn't really like being held. and yes, he did get treats after the recording. He earned it)
