The author (@kitkattywampus on twitter) has resigned from the UTAU program but has given rev permission to revive and redesign the character of Coco, and has also recorded a new voicebank. A new 8-pitch CV-VV voicebank is in the works, as well as a bright append and a dark/soft append.
