- Chiyo was designed to look like your average lolita- ruffles, frills..etc. Her shapely figure was taken from her voice actress' appearance with added moe qualities.
- In the mind of her creator, Chiyo has a massive fascination with the fur on Fjord's coat. Since she seems to be a very affectionate person, she often hugs Fjord just to shower her face in the fluff.
- Chiyo and Michiyo have a big-sister little-sister relationship. They switch roles occasionally.
- Chiyo's character item is a cake or any sweet food
- Additionally, Chiyo was created and recorded in the spring of 2008, but due to technical problems, she was released 2 years later in 2010
