Chiharu is a shape-shifting alien who came to Earth many millennia ago and never managed to leave. Their age is unknown but they take the form of a human in their early 20's. They typically wander the Earth surveying the landscape and animals out of pure fascination, only interacting with humans to manipulate them for fun.
Chiharu's design is based off the Apple Pencil.
Chiharu uses Neopronouns or neutral "they" and "them", as they do not conform to Human perception of gender.
