Cel-J (alias the Timelord) was planned along with Glas several years ago, but made his debut only in March 2015 on St Patric's day, when Mark provided his voice for him. He's a powerful angel with the ability to control time and creating loops. He doesn't like small talk, he's introverted and calm, appearing as a cold, posh individual, someone who doesn't really get along with people. He likes art, especially music, and he's a great composer. Abusing his powers eventually drove him crazy and he has a multiple personality disorder, but he's not aware of that.
