Project ARCELLA had spent five years in hiatus after the loss of the computer where all of the data was stored. In June of 2026, the project has officially come out of hiatus and the banks are being reuploaded and made publicly available again.

Andromeda BASE 4.0 is a medium ranged female voicebank with three pitches and was recorded in VCV format.

As of June 2026, Andromeda BASE 4.0 is available for public usage and Shasta is working on getting modern demos up of all of the voice banks that were recovered.

ANDROMEDA is the first member of Project ARCELLA, a group of UTAU voice banks originally created by SHASTA and some friends.

ANDROMEDA has two derivative versions, MINI and VER.M. They have their own standalone banks and characters, but all share the same voice actor. Their relationship is up to user interpretation, but to their creator, they're all siblings.

ANDROMEDA, which is the product name, the character name is Gracie Lynn, is a loud, confident, and outgoing young woman. She isn't always the best at reading the room and can sometimes be a little overzealous, but she means no harm. She is 4'10, and weighs about 100lbs.
