Alexandr is a voice library originating from the HaVIS announcement software developed in (seemingly) around 2009, with development starting in the late 90s, as a standalone program created from the concept's of mikroVOX's HIS software and STARMON's VIS software (origin of the title HaVIS).
Alexandr (fan-made character) is in no way officially affiliated with STARMON, Czech railways or Alexandr Postler. He is a personification of Postler's voice. His UTAU library was made to see how would HaVIS's original recordings behave in the UTAU program

Alexandr is very proper, assertive and pleasant to talk to. He can turn anxious and frustrated very quickly if something catches him off-guard. Constantly fixated on his appearance. A little moody sometimes.
