Akapan is a mischevious bubbly girl who loves to play pranks but hates when they go too far. She has trouble surpressing her emotions even during inappropriate situations. She can shapeshift into a red panda and take on the abilities of one.
Akapan used to belong to Tozzy, but Tozzy made a large change in their content and decided to abandon almost all of their UTAUs. I (moony) got permission to adopt some of those UTAUs! One of them being Akapan! She had a very disfunctional oto and didn't really sound the best that she could have; so I fixed her up with a brand new oto, and now she is getting used and loved like she deserves.
